So, it’s probably no surprise that 85% of screen users say they regularly suffer screen fatigue – headaches, sore or tired eyes and problems with close-up and long-distance vision.2

 

To help us all minimise our risk of suffering screen fatigue and keep our eyes feeling fresh and bright Eye Health UK and Vision Express have teamed up to launch The Big Blink.

To celebrate National Eye Health Week and mark the launch of the campaign we’re inviting everyone to join a mass ‘Big Blink’.

Simply post the following on your social media at 11am on Fr-eye-day 27 September and then remember to 'Blink 'and follow the 20-20-20 rule.

"I pledge to look up from my screen every 20 minutes and focus on something 20 feet away for 20 seconds to keep my eyes feeling fresh and banish screen fatigue #TheBigBlink #The20-20-20Rule #EyeWeek"
